1991 Lotus Omega

In 1986 General Motors bought Lotus and to celebrate this acquisition, Lotus and Opel would develop a special edition together. The starting point of this collaboration was a Opel Omega 3000, the fastest Omega for sale at that time. The result was the quickest 4-door you could buy in the early ‘90s.
 
The 3L inline six was increased to 3.6L and two Garrett T25 Turbo’s were installed to give it an extra punch. The result of all the modifications were amazing: 377 hp & 568Nm! With all this power, Lotus installed the six speed manual gearbox from a Corvette ZR-1 to handle all the power.
 
Production was limited to only 950 cars and this specific car is #310, sold new in Milan. All cars were finished in Imperial Green and the original paint on this car still looks very presentable, only the hood and front bumper has been repainted to address rock chips. New tires have been installed.
 
The interior still look as new. The leather seats still look great with no rips, fading or tears. All gauges work as they should, so do all the other electric features.
 
Mechanically everything is in great shape too. With only 106.000 km the car still drives awesome. Prior to the sale, the car received a full maintenance with a new air filter, spark plugs, oil & filter, fuel filter and new oil for the rear end.
 
Overall this car is in great original shape and ready to be enjoyed by a new owner.
