1988 Mercedes-Benz 560SL
The 560 SL was specially made for the U.S. where there was a demand for a bigger engine. The 5.6-liter V8 was the top of the line for this R107 and really gives the car the power it deserves. This specific example was imported to Belgium 4 years ago by its previous owner.
The original paint ‘Articweiss’ is still in great condition and shows almost no wear. Even on the rear deck lid there are no signs of damage from the hard top. The original wheels are in great shape and have newer tires. The chrome trim is all original and shows some light wear.
The original seats in Mittelrot are in decent condition. There are no tears in the leather but some fading is noted. The dash has a small crack which is repairable and overall it’s in good condition. All gauges and switches work as they should.
Mechanically, the car is in great condition. The car starts right up and drives flawlessly. The climate control works and blows cold without funny noises.
Overall this car is in good condition and it’s ready to be enjoyed.
The car already has Belgian papers so it’s easy to register!
