1987 BMW M6

This fantastic 1987 BMW M6 has been imported from the U.S. by us for a client. After owning it some time, it’s now time to find a new owner for it.
 
The M6 is not merely a M635CSi with a different badge: unlike the M635CSi with the M88 engine, the M6 has the S38 engine with catalyst converter due to the more strict emission regulations. Both engines are evolutions of the engine used in the famous M1. More differences between both models are different gear ratios and different ride heights. In the US only 1.767 M6’s were sold, making it a very rare car.
 
The car still has its original paint Zinnoberrot (138) which looks amazing without any fading or rust. The original a decklid spoiler, flared fenders, and twin center-exit exhaust pipes are still installed on the car. The factory TRX wheels are still under the car with brand new Michelin TRX GT tires. 
 
The interior is finished in Lotus White leather, and the front sport seats were re-covered by the original owner some years ago. Extras include power-adjustable seats with position memory for the driver, as well as a cassette radio, an onboard computer, and power windows, mirrors, and locks. All power buttons and gauges still work as they should.
 
The original 3.5-liter S38B35 inline-six with Bosch Motronic fuel injection and five-speed manual transmission have no issues whatsoever. New oil, oil filter, alternator, fuel filter, battery and coolant flush are done prior to the sale. Most of the service records of the past 10 years are also available that proves this car is well taken care of.
 
This car is sold with Belgian registration.
 
Overall this is a very original car with no issues whatsoever ready to be enjoyed by the next owner!
