1967 Pontiac LeMans
This fully restored Pontiac LeMans is just been imported from sunny California!
The car was part of a private collection for 17 years & has always been maintained as it should. During the years the car has been fully restored & brought back to his original specifications in cooperation with Pontiac Oakland Club International (POCI). This car has stayed in California his entire life & was part of private collections the past 35 years & well known in the Pontiac Community in California.
During the restauration the car was repainted in the original color ‘Gulf Turquoise’ and a GTO hood was installed. The chrome all around has been replaced & is impeccable. Tires are new & so is are the ‘Rally II’ wheels, just like it was back then.
The interior is also completely restored to original. This car had a lot of special & rare options such as electric adjustable bucket seats. The interior trim & dashboard are also new. The original ‘Manifold Vacuum Meter’ on the center console is still in working condition! The original radio is still in the car & in working condition, so is the very rare option to redirect the music only to the rear speakers!
Mechanically everything is also redone: de original 326 ci has been replaced by a blue printed Pontiac 400 with 10:1 compression with only 200 miles. The manual 4-speed has been redone as well and shifts quick and smooth. The rear axle with 4.11:1 is from the company Strange which is known for its high quality rear ends. New disc brakes at the front are installed & a new ‘quick ratio’ steering box is placed in the car for a nicer ride. The suspension is also new with air shocks at the rear.
The car is sold with Belgian Papers.
